Checking service status

Operational means our configured checks are passing. Degraded performance means a service is slower or less reliable. A partial outage affects some customers or features; a major outage has wider impact. Maintenance is planned work. Status unavailable means checks are missing or too old to confirm service health.

Recorded check results count successful and unsuccessful checks only. Failed checks during maintenance count as unsuccessful; maintenance checks are also listed separately. Gaps between checks and time before monitoring began have no data. We do not calculate a continuous uptime percentage from these samples.

Availability is shown only where we have a recorded measurement period. Time before monitoring began has no data. A working page alone does not confirm that editing, saving or publishing works. These checks are not a service guarantee or a provider’s uptime figure.
