ELMNT Support

Help from the team that already knows your account.

If you use ELMNT, sign in to ask for help. Your request arrives already connected to your account, your website, and your billing.

That means you do not have to explain everything from the beginning. We can start from what we already know.

Not a customer yet? You can still write to us. We answer general questions too.

Where to go

Go to the place that matches your question.

When you are signed in, your request is connected to your account. You never have to start from scratch or repeat your story.

01

Customer support

Ask a question or report a problem, and follow the conversation until it is fixed.

02

Project messages

Working with us on a website or a project? Send messages from inside the project so everything stays together in one place.

03

Billing questions

See your invoices, your plan, and what you have paid. If something looks wrong, ask us about it from the same page.

04

Security concerns

If something seems suspicious, or you think you found a security problem, tell us privately instead of posting it publicly.

What to expect

From your question to a clear answer.

Your request stays attached to your account from beginning to end, so nothing gets lost or forgotten.

01

Tell us where the problem is

Choose what your question is about — your website, a project, an invoice, or your account.

02

Describe it in your own words

Say what you saw, what you expected, and when it happened. Plain language is enough. You do not need technical terms.

03

Follow the reply

Answers appear in the same conversation. You can read them, respond, and see when the problem is marked as fixed.

Common questions

Getting help, explained simply.

Do I need to understand technology to ask for help?

No. Describe the problem the way you would describe it to a friend. If we need more detail, we will ask you clear questions.

Do I need to be an ELMNT customer?

No. Anyone can send us a message from the contact page. If you are a customer, signing in first is better, because your request arrives connected to your account.

Where do I see the answer to my question?

In the same place you asked it. Sign in and open Support to read replies, add more detail, and see when the issue is resolved.

What if my question is about money or a bill?

Sign in and open your billing page. Every invoice and payment is listed there, and you can ask us about anything that does not look right.

What if I think my account is not safe?

Tell us privately through the security page instead of posting the details publicly. We will look into it and reply to you directly.

When you are ready

Tell us what you need help with.

Sign in if you are a customer, so your request is connected to your account. Not a customer yet? Send us a message and we will point you the right way.
