  • Request its EPP or transfer authorization code.
  • Keep access to the registrant email for registry approval.

You see the exact price and total before you pay. Transfer eligibility is confirmed when you submit your authorization code.

Transfer safeguards

We make sure your domain transfer is safe.

Paying starts the process, but your domain will not move until everything is checked and approved. If the transfer cannot be completed, your payment is automatically refunded. If something looks unclear, we pause the transfer and review it before trying again.

Private authorization

Your EPP/auth code goes to the registrar and is not saved in the public order record.

The registry decides

Our registrar partner (OpenSRS) and the registry make the final call on whether a transfer can proceed.

Clear status

Your dashboard shows the transfer as pending until the registrar confirms it is complete.
