No. Business email is sold on its own. You only need a free ELMNT account, which holds your billing and lets you recover access.
Do I need a domain?
You need a domain to receive mail at. Connecting one you already own, from any registrar, is free. Registering a new domain is a separate purchase.
Are aliases extra?
No. Aliases deliver into an existing mailbox and are included within the provider's limits. Each additional real inbox is its own mailbox at its own storage size.
Can I bring my existing email?
ELMNT does not currently import historical messages. Export or migrate them separately before you change your domain's mail records; new mail arrives in ELMNT from the moment they point here.
What happens if I cancel?
Your mailbox keeps working until the end of the term you paid for, including a prepaid year. Nothing else you buy from ELMNT is affected.
