Clear pricing. Connected platform.
Start with the complete ELMNT ONE workspace, add the right level of website infrastructure, and purchase optional expansions only when your business needs them. Four layers, priced separately, so you always know what you are paying for.
What you are actually buying
Two of these are monthly. Two are paid once. Nothing here is bundled into anything else, and no layer requires another.
ELMNT ONE · $249 / month
ELMNT ONE costs $249 per month. It includes the complete core business platform. Website hosting is priced separately because not every ELMNT ONE customer hosts a website with ELMNT. Optional HUB modules are also separate, and are purchased only when your business needs them.
What ELMNT ONE includes
Everything below is included in the monthly plan — one price, one plan, no feature tiers. You do not choose features from a menu and you are not billed for them one by one.
When you start ELMNT ONE, we ask about your business — what you sell, how you take work on, who your customers are — and set up the tools that fit it. That setup is part of the subscription. The HUB is only for the specialised systems some businesses need later, and it is always optional.
Managed Infrastructure
Every plan includes the core infrastructure that keeps an eligible ELMNT website online. Higher plans add routine website updates, faster support, stronger resources, testing tools, reporting, and dedicated service.

Each standard tier includes the foundation below it, then adds support, resources, management, and operational entitlements.

Website design & development
A professional ELMNT website is designed and developed as a separate one-time project. It is not hidden inside the monthly infrastructure price. Final price increases with complexity, pages, commerce, integrations, data migration, custom systems, and implementation scope.
Website design is a one-time project. Managed Infrastructure is a separate monthly service for the live website, and ELMNT ONE can be added independently — none of them require the others.
HUB expansions
Nothing here is a feature held back from your subscription. These are whole systems that only some businesses need, each a one-time price attached to your ELMNT ONE account — never a second monthly bill. Most businesses never buy one.
Products, categories, inventory, orders, checkout, shipping, taxes, coupons, gift cards, variants, reviews, digital products, and commerce reporting.
Appointments, calendar, staff, services, availability, buffers, customer scheduling, reminders, and supported payments.
Built on Commerce and Booking: menus, online ordering, reservations, and day-to-day restaurant operations.
Members, protected content, subscriptions, courses, downloads, community, and the member-facing dashboard.
You are never charged per feature. Everything in the $249 platform stays included whether or not you ever add a module here.
How the layers work together
These are examples, not bundles or discounts. They show how the recurring and one-time layers combine for a real business.
A consulting company already has a website elsewhere but wants ELMNT ONE for CRM, projects, documents, billing, and client access. No infrastructure plan is required unless ELMNT hosts its website.
$249 per month recurring.
A local business wants ELMNT to handle routine website changes. It selects Managed infrastructure. The website build remains a separate one-time project.
$149/mo recurring, with the build paid once.
A growing service business uses ELMNT ONE and Professional Infrastructure together, and adds the Booking module when it starts taking appointments.
$498 per month recurring. Booking is paid once.
Pricing FAQ
ELMNT ONE is the business software platform. Managed Infrastructure is the recurring service that keeps an eligible ELMNT website online and determines how much website management and technical support ELMNT provides.
No. ELMNT ONE is priced separately because some businesses use the platform without hosting a website through ELMNT. Select a Managed Infrastructure plan when ELMNT hosts an eligible website.
Essentials includes the core website infrastructure — hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and dashboard access. It is designed for businesses that are comfortable managing their own website content and routine changes.
No. Essentials does not include content updates, design changes, or routine website-management requests. Upgrade to Managed when you want ELMNT to handle routine changes.
Changing existing text or business information. Replacing an existing image. Updating hours, pricing, contact details, or staff information. Adding a team member to an existing team layout. Updating an existing announcement, promotion, or service description. New pages, major redesigns, and new functionality are separate project work.
Yes. You can request an upgrade or downgrade. Changes normally take effect on the next billing cycle, subject to any technical migration or resource requirements.
No. Professional website design and development is a separate one-time project, currently starting at $1,500. The selected infrastructure plan begins when the live website is hosted through ELMNT.
No. $249 per month covers the whole platform — CRM, projects, tasks, calendar, documents, files, invoicing, customer portal, website management, analytics, and team access. There are no feature tiers, no per-feature charges, and nothing is switched off to push you into an upgrade.
You do not have to work it out yourself. When you start ELMNT ONE we ask about your business and set up the tools that fit it, as part of the same subscription. You can change what you use at any time.
No. Approved HUB modules shown on this page are one-time expansions attached to the ELMNT ONE account.
No. HUB modules are optional additions for businesses that need a specialised system such as selling online, taking bookings, running a restaurant, or running memberships. Most businesses never buy one, and everything in ELMNT ONE works without them.
Yes. A business can begin with ELMNT ONE, with a website and Managed Infrastructure, or with a connected setup that combines the layers.
Migration is available for eligible websites after review. ELMNT confirms the current platform, technical condition, DNS, database, and required cutover plan before promising the migration path.
Standard monthly services can be canceled according to the current service agreement. The terms of service set out the actual notice, offboarding, and port-out policy.
Enterprise infrastructure and custom implementation depend on traffic, complexity, security, providers, service levels, and support requirements. ELMNT scopes those needs before giving a price.
