What is the difference between ELMNT ONE and Managed Infrastructure?
ELMNT ONE is the business software platform. Managed Infrastructure is the recurring service that keeps an eligible ELMNT website online and determines how much website management and technical support ELMNT provides.
Does ELMNT ONE include website hosting?
No. ELMNT ONE is priced separately because some businesses use the platform without hosting a website through ELMNT. Select a Managed Infrastructure plan when ELMNT hosts an eligible website.
What is the $99 Essentials plan?
Essentials includes the core website infrastructure — hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and dashboard access. It is designed for businesses that are comfortable managing their own website content and routine changes.
Does Essentials include website updates?
No. Essentials does not include content updates, design changes, or routine website-management requests. Upgrade to Managed when you want ELMNT to handle routine changes.
What counts as a minor content update?
Changing existing text or business information. Replacing an existing image. Updating hours, pricing, contact details, or staff information. Adding a team member to an existing team layout. Updating an existing announcement, promotion, or service description. New pages, major redesigns, and new functionality are separate project work.
Can I switch infrastructure plans?
Yes. You can request an upgrade or downgrade. Changes normally take effect on the next billing cycle, subject to any technical migration or resource requirements.
Is website design included in the monthly plan?
No. Professional website design and development is a separate one-time project, currently starting at $1,500. The selected infrastructure plan begins when the live website is hosted through ELMNT.
Do I pay for each feature separately?
No. $249 per month covers the whole platform — CRM, projects, tasks, calendar, documents, files, invoicing, customer portal, website management, analytics, and team access. There are no feature tiers, no per-feature charges, and nothing is switched off to push you into an upgrade.
How do I know which features my business needs?
You do not have to work it out yourself. When you start ELMNT ONE we ask about your business and set up the tools that fit it, as part of the same subscription. You can change what you use at any time.
Are HUB modules monthly subscriptions?
No. Approved HUB modules shown on this page are one-time expansions attached to the ELMNT ONE account.
Do I have to buy HUB modules to use the platform?
No. HUB modules are optional additions for businesses that need a specialised system such as selling online, taking bookings, running a restaurant, or running memberships. Most businesses never buy one, and everything in ELMNT ONE works without them.
Can I start with only ELMNT ONE?
Yes. A business can begin with ELMNT ONE, with a website and Managed Infrastructure, or with a connected setup that combines the layers.
Do you migrate websites from another host?
Migration is available for eligible websites after review. ELMNT confirms the current platform, technical condition, DNS, database, and required cutover plan before promising the migration path.
Can I cancel?
Standard monthly services can be canceled according to the current service agreement. The terms of service set out the actual notice, offboarding, and port-out policy.
Why are some prices custom?
Enterprise infrastructure and custom implementation depend on traffic, complexity, security, providers, service levels, and support requirements. ELMNT scopes those needs before giving a price.
