Account owners are responsible for activity performed by their users, integrations, websites, and credentials.
Lawful and respectful use
You may not use ELMNT to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate another person or organization, harass people, or publish material that creates a credible risk of harm.
You may not collect, process, or disclose personal information without the notices, consent, and lawful basis required for your business and jurisdiction.

You may not distribute malware, probe systems without written authorization, bypass access controls, interfere with another tenant, scrape protected data, misuse credentials, or attempt to gain access beyond the role assigned to you.
Automated activity must respect documented limits. Deliberate resource exhaustion, abusive traffic, spam, credential stuffing, and denial-of-service activity are prohibited.

You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive promotions, fraudulent payment requests, or content that violates applicable email, SMS, consumer-protection, or payment-network rules.
Products and services sold through connected commerce tools must be accurately described and legally permitted. Account owners remain responsible for taxes, fulfillment, refunds, and industry-specific obligations.

ELMNT may investigate credible reports, restrict the affected feature, quarantine harmful files, suspend access, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the platform, or the public.
Except where urgent action is required, ELMNT will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination under the Terms of Service.
