How removal works

We verify your identity and find matching records before reviewing a removal request. A name or IP address alone isn’t proof of identity. Anonymous activity can only be matched with a verified browser identifier.

Account removal may require closing paid services first. We explain any records we must retain.

Approved analytics removals leave active use immediately and have a restricted recovery window of up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Legally required timelines take priority.
